Starting at 7pm, this fun-filled evening will be led by one of our talented mixologists, who will guide you through the art of crafting three delicious cocktails: the smooth Espresso Martini, the tropical Passionfruit Delight, and the classic Pina Colada. Not only will you learn how to make these tasty drinks, but you’ll also get to sip and enjoy each creation during the class. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend with friends or family!

For just $49 per person, you’ll get hands-on experience and a night to remember. Your ticket includes the full cocktail-making experience, where you’ll learn to make and taste three signature cocktails, all with guidance from our expert mixologist.

Want to elevate the evening? Add a mouthwatering grazing plate to your ticket for just $35pp. This indulgent plate includes arancini balls, panko prawns, and Italian meatballs, plus a cocktail or champagne on arrival to set the tone for the night.
